Class Guideline & Etiquette

1. Book Before You Come

Class Booking

Class bookings can be made 2 days in advance of the class. It is important that you book your class in advance since some classes are more heavily attended than others.

We also limit our class sizes so that they are not overcrowded. If a class you wish to take is full, we will place you on the wait list and notify you of an opening as soon as possible.

If there is any changes, cancellations or unexpected situations in the yoga session ensure you be inform ahead. If you did not book a class in our schedule you wont be notify.


Please cancel your class 3 hours ahead if you cannot attend the pre-booked class so that we can release your booking to waitlisted students

For all late cancellations (less than 3 hours before class time) or no-shows - These spots will be given to students on standby.

Waiting List
3 Hours Before Class Start - Space would be release to standby list on a first-come, first-served basis.

To avoid disruptions and for safety reasons, once class starts for 15 minutes, please avoid from interrupting the ongoing yoga session and be courteous to those who are practicing . Our guidelines ask all participants to not leave the studio while class is in progress. You could wait until your first class ends and check at schedule if there are any spots available for the following class.

2. Preparing Yourself before Class

Yoga is best enjoyed on an empty stomach, so eat lightly or not at all for 2-3 hours before.

Make sure to keep hydrated by drinking water both before and after class.

Tell your teacher about any injuries. This will help the teacher know how to adjust you or show you a modified pose if necessary. 

3. Arriving the Studio

Arriving at the Studio

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your class to allow yourself ample time to sign-in and prepare for class.

Check-In in at the front desk before entering the studio for class even if you have reserved a space in advance.

All students check in at least 5 minutes before class starts. Otherwise your space may automatically be released for students on standby. (Subject to space availability)

Please show your receipt at the Front Desk For Verification. Your receipts are in your email inbox. Students without a pass will not be able to take a class.

4. Entering Class

  • No shoes : Remove your shoes before entering the practice rooms. It is a sacred space for all.

  • Technology Free Space : The yoga space is a technology free space, so prior to class, kindly leave your phones in your bag in Silent please. If you like to take an instagram shot, you can do so either before or after class.

  • Please be courteous to teacher, staff and other students at all times. We are all here for the better self.
