We’ll focus on broad strokes and finely-tuned details while exploring new and interesting ways to deepen your acroyoga journey.

Focus: Exploration of partner movement through gravity, weight distribution, and partner connection.
Skills Tested: Smooth entry/exit into/out of fundamental positions in pursuit of higher-level flow, Anatomical Balancing, Proprioceptive Acuity.

You’ve gotten good. You’re getting better. Now it’s time to GET AWESOME! This session focuses on the finer details of creative collaboration through shared movement. You’ve learned the Acro basis, and now you want more! This series won't waste your time with esoteric fluff or nonsense. AcroYoga is the Yoga of Trust, and each lesson in this series is an exercise in finding that trust and truth in shared movement.

Each workshop focuses on a different element to refine your stillness and flow while deepening your existing AcroYoga skills and abilities. We’ll work on high level flow, You'll add to your growing toolkit by progressing through a variety of playful calibrations and transitions including washing machine,  Star, Tick Tocks, Shoulder Stands and MORE! Practice these, get better to keep your high-performance engines running smooth.Bottom line!
