ARRIVING FOR CLASS
All classes start and end on time. Please arrive 15 minutes before class to give yourself enough time to get ready. Once the teacher enters the class, no further students will be allowed in.
If you have booked, please note that your place will be given away to waitlisted students at the time class begins if you have been unable to make the class.
Please give 24 hours notice to cancel your class booking if you are unable to attend. Or else your class will be charged or acknowledge as you have arrive. Applicable to all Oscillation Yoga packages.
Out of respect for the other practitioners in the room, we ask you to stay for the full session unless absolutely necessary. If you feel overwhelmed at anytime, we encourage you to lie down on your mat to rest and rejoin the practice when you feel ready.
HYDRATING BEFORE PRACTICE
Before practicing a hatha yoga session, it is suggested that you hydrate fully in the few hours beforehand. We encourage you to bring water into the yoga room, however the majority of your hydration needs to happen before your practice.
EATING BEFORE PRACTICE
We suggest a light snack 4 Hrs before practice where needed, rather than a full meal.
It is important to let the instructors know if you have any injuries before yoga session begin. If in any doubt, please seek your doctor’s approval.
