Dedicating time during our physical yoga practice to opening the hips can be nourishing and THERAPEUTIC. IN this Workshop we use vinyasa flow and yin yoga to release pain and increase flexibility of hips and shoulders.

Feeling the sensation of the body and explore different ways you can help your hips to open up and increase mobility freedom by yourself. With an understanding of the ANATOMY you would learn ways to release and achieve deeper variations of hip openers.
